Refunds

Ask within 48 hours of buying and you get your money back, with no case to argue.

How to ask

Write to hello@sixtwelve.studio from the address you bought with and say which title, and the refund goes back through Stripe to the card you paid with, which usually takes a few working days on the bank's side.

A refunded licence stops being supported, and reissuing or recovering it is no longer possible. The build you already downloaded is yours to delete.

Free titles

Nothing is charged for a free title, so there is nothing to refund. If one of them is not working for you, the same address is still the right one to write to.
